With the camera, it is easy to see how the shred coal is blown into the combustion chamber. Thus, if there appears any malfunction with the burner the staff can take appropriate action. Also, as a result of constant observing, the process parameters can be controlled in an optimal way. The HTE-070S can operate at temperatures up to 2.000° C, for example, in the glass industry.

Due to the very different waste parts which can be partially bulky and flame resistant, a blockage of the furnace chamber needs to be avoided. Furthermore, staff can pay attention to a continuous high heating value of the residual waste. Too low heating values can lead to toxic gases. To guarantee a steady high heating value wastepaper or wood from bulky waste are intermixed to the residual waste so it gets more flammable. Using the combustion chamber camera can provide constant monitoring of the burning process so it can be efficiently being regulated.

 

 

Mobile inspection of heat exchanger surfaces

At this mobile inspection with the portable 38-mm camera-system HTE-038P, you can see a camera panning along the surface of the heat exchanger inside the combustion chamber. It can be easily checked for its condition and possible scaling. Scaling reduces the degree of efficiency so the surfaces are frequently cleaned by compressed air. By using the portable endoscopic camera, you can operate very flexible and temporarily with just short interruption times for maintenance and damages assessment.

As well as the HTE-070S this portable model can be used at temperatures up to 2.000° C.
